Welcome to Svar! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Svar Text-to-Speech (TTS) app (the "App") and its related services. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Use of the App
The App allows users to convert Gujarati text into speech.
You may not use the App for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Commercial usage of the App may require explicit permission or a separate license.
We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
You must register an account to use our App.
OTP verification will be required to verify your phone number or email.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
4. Data Storage and Privacy
User-generated text and converted voice files may be temporarily stored for processing.
Audio files may be stored in cloud for playback and download.
We do not sell or misuse user data. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitations and Fair Usage
Users may be subject to character limits per conversion.
Excessive or automated usage may lead to temporary suspension.
We reserve the right to implement usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.
6. Intellectual Property
The Svar App, its UI, and its TTS engine are proprietary intellectual property.
You retain rights to the text input provided, but the generated audio may be stored temporarily.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the app is prohibited.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or mispronunciations in generated speech.
We do not guarantee 24/7 availability of the App.
In no event shall Svar or its developers be liable for any direct or indirect damages.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may discontinue the App or certain features at any time with prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
